How to do Grounding / How it differs from Earthing and meditation

There are many grounding methodologies.

There may be no “which way is the most correct.”

I feel that the psychology of grounding is very much about “how we live on Earth.

Below, I have also written about the differences from Earthing, Meditation, and Centering.

Grounding Meaning

Grounding means “to put one’s feet on the ground.

The Japanese interpretation of the word “grounding” is to think and act calmly.

On the other hand, when you are not grounded, it means that you are not thinking or acting calmly.

In other words, when we are not grounded, we become very fluffy in our thinking and do not look at the practical side of things.

This is especially dangerous for people who are new to spirituality and are going crazy, because their eyes are only focused on the unseen world.

Earthing and Grounding

Earthing is to ground the soles of the feet directly to the ground.

By taking off your shoes or socks and grounding the soles of your feet in nature, you are connecting with the earth.

Grounding and Earthing are often seen as the same thing, but there are various ways of grounding, and Earthing is one of the ways of grounding.

Meditation and grounding.

Meditation is the act of calming the mind and becoming mindless.

By becoming mindless, the superficial consciousness resets all the thoughts and feelings that have been jumbled up in the mind and that have been unorganized.

Meditation is also used in yoga and zazen.

The founder of Apple, “Steve Jobs,” was also famous for doing zazen and meditating, and zazen and meditation have become popular in Silicon Valley, which is famous for IT.

This meditation and grounding are the same in the sense of “calming down,” but there may be a difference in approach to calming down from grounding.

Centering and grounding

Centering means to create an axis around your center.

We lecture on how to do this centering in the intermediate seminar where we teach energy work.

After the beginner's level, you will take this intermediate seminar. In order to change the environment, it is necessary ...

Especially, if you do only energy work or readings, you will not be able to center yourself.

This is because if you are doing energy work or reading all the time, it is difficult to focus your consciousness on what is in front of you.

The reason why you are out of your mind is because your aura is misaligned with your center.

Centering is the process of bringing that aura back into alignment so that you can focus on what is in front of you.

Grounding has the effect of “thinking and acting calmly,” whereas centering has the effect of “focusing on what is in front of you” by creating an axis in your center.

Both are essential for realization.

Two grounding methods

There are many different ways to do grounding.

However, I recommend that you first do “grounding in energy work” and then “grounding in reality.

The method of grounding with energy work is lectured in the beginner’s seminar of the Hado-Kenkyu-Juku.

Just by grounding in energy work, your cells will be activated and your body will become warmer.

The reason why the body becomes warm is because the root chakra (chakra of life force) is activated.

After the first chakra is activated, we become aware of the grounding of the reality.

Eating food and exercising” This cycle of energy

I would like to write about what I feel happens on a spiritual vibrational level when we are grounded.

Grounding makes it easier to connect to the earth and live on it.

Living on the Earth means that the energy of the Earth is circulating within you.

In other words, because we are outputting energy in order to live on the Earth, it is necessary to bring the Earth’s energy into ourselves.

A simple analogy,

  • We eat nourishing food because we need to do physical exercise.
  • We breathe in because we need to breathe out.
  • We need to earn money because we have necessary expenses.
  • We need information to get to our destination, so we take in information to get there.
  • We need to leave DNA, so we attract the opposite sex.

These are all energies that circulate within us.

Both unconscious disconnection and attraction happen.

When the circulation of energy for living on the earth is created within you, you may naturally get into a situation of disconnection, or you may attract things that you will need in the future.

For example, if you have accumulated energy that you do not need for output, you will subconsciously start discarding it.

This can be called detoxification.

Conversely, when you need to output, the energy necessary for output is unconsciously attracted.

When you are grounded properly, the unconscious mind at the physical level, which cannot be recognized by the surface consciousness, knows this and performs detachment and attraction.

What kind of output do you want? is important.

To summarize.

The first criterion for judging whether or not granding is being done properly is to look at the aspects of your life.

Are you taking in and holding on to a lot of things that you don’t really need?

Do you have what you need to fulfill your purpose?

Why were you born on this earth?

What do you want to do with your life on this earth?

First of all, look back at that part of your life, and try to realize what you want to do by arranging the necessary things one by one to do what you want to do.

That may be the psychology of “living on the earth.
