The third chakra is the chakra that governs self-confidence, but self-confidence cannot be too weak, nor can it be too overconfident.

Meaning of the third chakra called the solar plexus chakra.
The third chakra is called the “solar plexus chakra,” meaning self-esteem, confidence, and vitality, and is considered an important chakra for establishing one’s identity.
People who have a weak chakra tend to lack self-confidence or self-esteem and have no energy, saying, “I can’t do anything…” People who have a weak chakra tend to have no energy.
A person with this chakra open is full of confidence, self-esteem, and dignity, and is full of vitality.
The word “solar” can also be used to describe a closed chakra and an open chakra, in the same way that the word “solar” can be used to describe either a clear sky with sunshine or a shadowy sky with the sun hidden by clouds.
Position and color of the third chakra
The color of the third chakra is said to be yellow.
And the location of the 3rd chakra is located around the stomach or “solar plexus”.
Have you ever felt pain in your stomach when you are extremely stressed?
In fact, the third chakra is also the chakra that is sensitive to the evil energy that is generated by a person’s anger or fear.
And if you take in too much of the evil energy emitted by that person, your body will be affected and you will be more susceptible to illnesses such as stomach ulcers.
To prevent a person’s anger and fear energy from entering the third chakra, it is very important to keep the belly seated and free of fear.
When the third chakra becomes weak.
When the third chakra is in a weak state, you will not have energy, your thoughts will be pulled into a negative state, and you will be in an energetic state that makes it easy for your physical condition to deteriorate.
In particular, the state of the third chakra is greatly affected by events that occur in the real world.
For example,
- Being yelled at or harassed by your boss at work every day
- Being bullied at school
- An event that damages your self-esteem (blackmail, domestic violence, etc.)
- A series of failures that have made you despair of your life.
Such past traumatic events can weaken the third chakra and cause you to fall into a bad loop, such as a continuous lack of energy or a series of negative thoughts.
To open the weak 3rd chakra.
To open the third chakra, which has become weak due to past trauma,
First, let go of the memories of the past.
Second, we need to focus only on the facts of our successful experiences.
This is necessary.
Trauma is a phenomenon caused by attachment to negative memories.
Therefore, we need to let go of our attachment to that memory and say goodbye to the self that has lost confidence in the past.

And to truly say goodbye to the past self, you need to meet the new self.
To do this, you must first experience success, even if it is just one or two successes.
Of course, in the process of achieving success, you may fail.
If you can reach success without considering the failure as a negative thing, you will meet yourself with unlimited possibilities.
By accumulating successful experiences, even little by little, the third chakra will begin to be activated and gradually open.
The third chakra has been opened too much.
The chakra is also not good if it is too open.
If the third chakra is too open, you will become overconfident and people will shun you (and not like you).
People who start learning spirituality and go crazy may also fall into this category.

And when someone points out to you that “that’s not right,” in response to your strong belief that “what I’m doing is right,” this can lead to a persecution complex that makes you think, “this person is trying to attack me, so it’s right for me to fight back,” which can be extremely dangerous.
To align the 3rd chakra that has been opened too much.
In order to adjust the third chakra, which is too open, it is important to realize that “I have been saying and doing things that are outrageously arrogant and without humility…,” reflect on this, and change one’s mind.
However, this is not easy to do for those who have become overconfident.
So, we have to wait for an event to happen that will shatter the overconfident person’s confidence.
By having an event happen, even just once, that shatters your existing self-confidence (the false self-confidence built up by a weak mind), you may be able to build a new type of self-confidence (the self-confidence that can overcome a weak mind).
Once the confidence to overcome the weakness of mind is built, you will be able to be kind and humble to others, yet full of confidence.
When this happens, you will be liked and trusted by others, rather than being shunned by them.
When this happens, the third chakra will become more in tune with the confidence of being liked by others.
