The second chakra is called the “Sacral Chakra”.
It is a chakra that generates energy to materialize things, but it is not enough to just activate it.
After activating the second chakra, it is important to use the energy to materialize with what kind of mind.
Meaning the second chakra, called the Sacral Chakra.
The Sacral Chakra (2nd chakra) is said to be the chakra that signifies independence and creativity, and is said to be very important for opening up one’s life.
The life energy that comes up from the first chakra is converted into energy that can be easily reflected in the real world at the second chakra.
The energies that are easier to materialize are,
- Energy of emotion
- Aggression energy
- Sexual energy
It is also where these energies are regulated.
When the second chakra is firmly open, we are in a state of spiritual vibration that moves the material world firmly.
Conversely, if the second chakra is not open, we are in a state of spiritual vibration that makes it difficult to move the material world.
Position and color of the second chakra.
The second chakra is said to be orange in color.
And the position of the second chakra seems to be a little below the navel (about two fingers), around the uterus for women.
If you look at the bellies of the Japanese Wind God and Thunder God statues, you will see that they protrude from below the navel, right?
It is said that the bodies of the Wind God and Thunder God statues are the same as those of Japanese martial arts masters of the past.
Tanden is very important in Japanese kobudo
In Japanese kobudo, the area of the second chakra is also called the lower tanden of the navel, and it is also said that “first of all, it is important to build the belly.
In order to build the belly, it is very important to knead and train this lower tanden, which is said to be a very important place to generate an explosion of energy.
Few people may be familiar with the term “joukyo kajitsu,” which means “to relax the upper body and concentrate energy in the abdomen and lower back to execute techniques” in Japanese kobudo (traditional martial arts).
The second chakra is such an important place to move the material world.
Weak 2nd chakra state
When the second chakra is closed, the energy to materialize what you are seeking is very weak.
For example,
- It is difficult to be motivated to work for food.
- Lack of interest in the animal instinct to act to have children with the opposite sex.
- Unable to say NO, they sacrifice themselves and follow the other person’s lead.
- They have no will of their own, and are constantly being swayed by the opinions of those around them.
- They tend to suppress their emotions.
In this state, we are unable to open ourselves up to what our own instincts demand.
And when we are unable to do so, it becomes difficult to “feel with our stomach,” which is necessary to avoid crises (to stop materialization that does not suit our will).
As a side note, it seems that women are better at sensing the flow that is about to materialize in the womb.
So in that sense, the second chakra may be that women are better at concave (sensing and accepting) and men are better at convex (releasing and cultivating energy).
To align the weakened second chakra
There is some cause for the weakness of the second chakra.
That is,
“By putting myself out there, I have created conflict…”
“I expressed my feelings and the other person was drawn away…”
Past traumas such as these may also be involved.
If the second chakra is weakened due to past trauma, the only way is to overwrite good memories in the real world.
In other words, in the past, the trauma was caused by the wrong use of energy to materialize the second chakra.
In the future, it will be important to use the energy for materialization of the second chakra in the light part of our mind.
It is not that the struggle itself is bad.
It is not that emotional expression is bad.
What are we fighting for? For what purpose do we express our emotions?
It is the heart that is important.
It is the energy of materialization, so use it with the mind of light.

If you use the energy for materialization in the wrong way, it will affect your future.
Whether the energy for materialization of the second chakra is used with weakness of mind (darkness) or with strength to overcome weakness of mind (light) makes a big difference in what will be materialized and will have a great impact on the future.
